Terms of Service

By accessing or using Scoop's services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Scoop provides an AI assistant and analytics tools that process on-chain and market data to help with trading decisions on pump.fun and/or similar platforms. Scoop is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or asset custodian.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, and are not located in, or a resident or national of, any jurisdiction or person/entity subject to sanctions, including those administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or similar sanctions/embargo regimes. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and trade compliance laws (including those of the U.S., the EU, and other relevant jurisdictions) and will not access or use the Service in violation of those laws.

Scoop never stores private keys or seed phrases and does not execute transactions on your behalf. All wallet connections and interactions with third parties — specifically pump.fun — are subject to those parties' terms and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for wallet security, on-chain transactions, and compliance with pump.fun's terms and any other third-party terms you use.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal/non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works, excessively scrape, or resell access to the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

If account functionality is introduced in the future, users will be subject to additional terms and authentication requirements.

Content you submit (e.g., prompts, watchlists, alert settings, comments) remains yours, but you grant Scoop a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, display, and create derivative works from it to operate, improve, and promote the Service. We may use feedback without obligation.

You may not use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activities, IP or privacy violations, network attacks, uploading harmful or misleading content, or any activity that interferes with the Service or its users. We may suspend or terminate access upon suspected violations.

Beta or experimental features may change, be unstable, or be discontinued at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) without prior notice.

For now, the Service is free to use. We may introduce paid/subscription plans in the future with reasonable notice and additional terms at that time.

Information, signals, risk scores, or other content provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions and losses; Scoop does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (including pump.fun, exchanges, community/Discord, analytics providers, and others). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or any damages arising from your use of them.

The Service—including software, AI models, interfaces, graphics, logos, and content—is the property of Scoop or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if there is suspected violation of these Terms, risks to security/operations, or as required by law. Upon termination, your license ends, and provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP ownership, warranty disclaimer, disputes) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or error/bug-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Scoop and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, data loss, goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. (No numerical liability cap is provided by design.)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Scoop, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted with the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Scoop regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
