Vision & Mission
Our mission is to empower traders with real-time insights, AI-assisted risk analysis, and human-friendly UX so anyone can monitor, evaluate, and act on pump.fun token activity with confidence. We're building a fast, accessible analytics platform with an integrated AI assistant ("Scoop") that explains what's happening and why — in plain English.
Grounded in our whitepaper: real-time discovery, actionable risk cues, clear UX, and the Scoop assistant for guidance.
Development Phases
Phase 1: FoundationComplete
- Real-time token discovery & live trade monitoring (WebSockets + resilient polling)
- Core dashboard metrics: Market Cap, Total/Buy/Sell Volume, Unique Traders, Age, Buy/Sell Ratio
- Baseline risk assessment engine (SAFE / SUSPICIOUS / POTENTIAL_RUGPULL) with badges & tooltips
- Accessible, responsive UI with mobile card views and basic alerts
- Scoop (AI assistant) for explanations and safety nudges
- Make $SCOOP available on pump.fun per platform mechanics to support the team; community members may choose to hold $SCOOP as part of the project's journey.
Phase 2: EnhancementIn Progress
- Advanced charts & indicators (micro-trends, better time-range controls)
- Alerting refinements and configurable watchlists
- Portfolio tracking (positions, PnL proxies, exportable summaries)
- Mobile applications (iOS/Android) with real-time notifications
- Social-sentiment signals and richer token context
- Expanded risk factors (behavioral/anomaly signals) and clearer explanations
Phase 3: ExpansionPlanned
- Public API for data access and integrations
- Token-gated premium analytics (usage limits, advanced risk insights)
- Governance signals (token-weighted, anti-whale safeguards) for roadmap inputs
- Developer ecosystem: docs, SDK stubs, and integration guides
- Transparency modules (changelogs, incident & treasury disclosures)
Phase 4: InnovationFuture
- ML-enhanced risk models and explainability summaries
- Modularization for scale (microservices, SSR/GraphQL backends)
- Advanced assistant capabilities (multi-token narratives, "what-if" explainers)
- Pro-grade analytics: deeper trend decomposition and anomaly forensics
- Security & compliance automations (policy checks, disclosure workflows)

Community-Driven Development
We build in public and refine with the community:
Feedback loops
surveys/polls, Discord channels, structured feature requests
Beta programs
early access to mobile apps, new analytics, and risk engines
Transparency
changelogs, incident reports, and treasury/multisig disclosures
Governance (advisory)
token-weighted signaling on priorities — with safeguards
Notes & Scope
Risk & Safety
The platform provides analytics and education, not financial advice. Classifications are probabilistic; verify before acting.
Compliance posture
Utility-focused token access, fair-marketing principles, disclosures, and multisig/locker transparency.
Data realities
Feeds can be delayed or incomplete; we prioritize clarity, speed, and honest limitations.
